Board of Directors Vacancy |
|
Due to one of our board members moving away, we have a position available on the Main Farm Homeowners Association Board of Directors. We currently meet bi-monthly for a 7pm meeting at Clagett Management’s office. Our next meeting is our Annual Meeting which will be held at Clagett Management on Tuesday, September 28 at 7pm. We hope you will join us to learn more about how we can support and improve our community. |

Trash Collection Days
Trash is collected in the community on Tuesday and Friday mornings every week.
- Trash should be set out after 5:30 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings.
- Trash should be completely contained in garbage bags or cans, and should be placed at the end of your assigned parking space on trash collection days only.
- The HOA can impose fines for uncontained trash, setting trash out too early, and placing trash in common areas
Recycling Days
Recycling is collected in the community every other Tuesday morning. September is the one exception when the first pick-up will occur on Wednesday September 9th. Select this link (Insert link to pdf file here) for more details on what can be recycled and scheduled dates.
Parking and Towing
Each townhome has two assigned spaces. Residents should park in their assigned spaces or the side streets along Kingfisher, Wheyfield, and Laurel Wood Way. Visitor spaces are reserved for guests visiting residents whose stay is less than 30 days. Residents parking in visitor spaces are subject to fine and/or towing.
Vehicles may be towed for parking in unassigned spaces, being inoperable, unsafe, or illegal. The HOA and its chosen vendor will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours notice prior to towing a vehicle. We generally try to provide three warnings before a tow.
Exterior Changes
Homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Change Form prior to changing exterior architecture like paint color, doors, or light fixtures and adding exterior structures such as fences and decks.
Neighborhood Maintenance
It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure our property is neat, clean, and well-maintained. Please do your part in ensuring our property values increase rather than decrease.
Reporting Crime
Emergency situations should always be reported to the appropriate government agency such as the Police or Fire Department. In those instances the HOA would also appreciate being made aware of situations. As our community becomes connected with adjoining communities through planned construction it’s extremely important that we all do our part in protecting against, and reporting crime.
The City of Frederick Police Department holds Neighborhood Advisory Council meetings for our area the second Thursday of every other month. We are part of NAC 4. For more information visit this link http://www.cityoffrederick.com/cms/page/index.php?id=186. |
